Call to Order
A current copy of the Open
Meetings Act is posted on the east wall near the entrance of
this room and is available for review by all citizens in attendance.
• Roll Call
• Approve minutes of previous meeting.
Terry Kern – Corrections
Administrator
• Amend CBM Food Contract to
reflect 2 hot meals per day.
• Approve increasing the hot meals to two a day.
• Would increase the price of the meal 5 cents per meal
Miscellaneous Agenda Items
• Jail Report.
• Authorize Chair to sign letter of employment agreement with Terry Kern,
Director of Corrections
• Creation of County Merit Commission for Jail employees
• Select members of the Board to serve on the Commission.
