NOTICE OF MEETING
DAKOTA COUNTY BOARD OF CORRECTIONS
Notice is hereby given that the Dakota County Board of Corrections will meet Monday, September 24, 2007 at 2:00 p.m., in the County Board Meeting Room, 1601 Broadway, Dakota City, Nebraska, which meeting is open to the public. The agenda for said meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk in the Dakota County Courthouse and will not change within 24 hours prior to the regular meeting to be in compliance with state law. Other items brought up before the County Board must be emergency in nature and declared an emergency by the board. THIS AGENDA IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE THE STATED MEETING TIME.
