Notice is hereby given that the Dakota County Board of Equalization will meet at
4:30 p.m., Monday, February 22, 2010.
This meeting is open to the public and the agenda for said meeting is kept
continuously current. It is available for public inspection between the hours of
8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, in the Office of the County Clerk
at the Dakota County Courthouse. 1601 Broadway St. Dakota City, NE.
Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is here by given that the Dakota County Board of Equalization will hold a
Public Hearing, at 4:30 p.m. Monday, February 22, 2010, concerning a Permissive
Exempt Application applied for by Iglesia Pentecostes Jesuscristo el Buen
Pastor.
The County Board of Equalization will accept written or oral testimony in favor
of or in opposition to the approval of the above said application during their
scheduled meeting advertised above.
