NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

DAKOTA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING ROOM

DAKOTA COUNTY COURTHOUSE

DAKOTA CITY, NEBRASKA

THURSDAY JANUARY 12, 2006

 

Notice is hereby given that the Dakota County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting beginning at 10:30 a.m. January 12, 2006 to set the salaries of all elected officials terms beginning January, 2007.  Please note that a prior notice was sent commencing the meeting at 9:00 a.m.  Senator Ben Nelson is scheduled to be in South Sioux City at 9:00 a.m.  Therefore, the Special Meeting of the County Board will be held at 10:30 a.m.

   The Agenda for the Special Meeting is as follows:

   10:30 a.m. Call meeting to order

                  Pledge of Allegiance

                  Roll Call

    1.  Resolution for County Clerk’s term beginning January, 2007.

    2.  Resolution for County Treasurer’s term beginning January, 2007.

    3.  Resolution for Clerk of the District Court’s term beginning January, 2007.

    4.  Resolution for County Sheriff’s term beginning January, 2007.

    5.  Resolution for County Public Defender’s term beginning January, 2007.

    6.  Resolution for County Attorney’s term beginning January, 2007.

    7.  Resolution for County Commissioner’s term beginning January, 2007.

    8.  Resolution for County Surveyor’s term beginning January, 2007.

The County Board reserves the right to include one or more offices in a particular resolution.
