·         Approve Minutes of last meeting

·         Review and approve AP and Payroll claims submitted by County Clerk for payment

·         Employee Handbook and Personnel Policies – Sick Leave, Vacation and benefits.

·         Transfer $450,000 from Inheritance Tax to General Fund

·         Authorize County to borrow $500,000, which was budgeted for cash flow purposes.

 

6.   2:00 p.m.      Public Hearing

            The purpose of this hearing is to take oral and/or written testimony concerning the approval of a condi­tional use permit for Prime Bio Solutions livestock feeding operation and ethanol production facility. The proposed location is an approximate­ly 400 acre tract owned by Beermann Farms, Inc., legally described as:

NW1/4 NW1/4 INCLUDING EASE­MENTS OF ACCESS 16-28-8, EL/2 NW1/4 EXCEPT HWY 35 R.O.W. 16-28-8, NE1/4 EXCE~T HWY 35 R.O.W. 16-28-8, SW1/4 EXCEPT NW1/4 SW1/4 & EXCEPT PART OF SWL/4 SW1/4 SOUTH, EAST OF RR R.O.W. 9-28-8, SE1/4 9-28-8. The area is located on the Beermann property on Hwy 35.
