       2.   1:32 p.m.    Pat Foust - Resolution supporting the local Homeland Security

                                 Assessment and state and federal funding applications to address

                                 deficiencies in accordance with state prioritization and in keeping

                                 with the Nebraska Homeland Security Strategy.

       3.  1:40 p.m.   BRO-7022(11) Change order – A. Mellick to present change order.

                            JEO – Homer Bridge BRO-7022(11)  JEO is not scheduled to appear.

                         FYI LeRoy Juengel, with State Department of Roads, is scheduled to visit bridge 3-18

                         Road Foreman/Highway Supt.

       4.   1:45 p.m.      Convene as Board of Equalization

                         Consider waiver  and accept Siouxland Moose Lodge Exemption Application

        5.                        Courthouse Custodian

                                   Discussion using inmates for custodial services
