1. Call to Order – 1:30 p.m.

Approve Minutes of March 14 & 21, 2005
2. Duane Stowe- 164th Street. There is a stretch of road that is very
muddy when it
rains and this resident wants to bring the issue
before the board.
3. Budget Resolutions
County Judge’s Budget – The County Judge’s Budget will be over
expended
this month and it is necessary to pass a resolution increasing
their budget.
County Weed Dept. – The County’s 2004/2005 budget calls for a
transfer of
Money from the General Fund to the Weed Control Fund. The
County
Board will authorize this transfer.
4. Abandoned Vehicles

The above vehicles were towed from road right-of-way and have not
been claimed after a letter was sent to the owners advising them to
pick up their vehicles.
5. LEC Board member appointment. There is a vacancy on the LEC Board
due to the resignation of Fred Gay, who has moved out of the area. Two
individuals have expressed interest in sitting on that board. They are; Deb
Benton and Dave Heck.
6. Temporary Loan $370,000 for 30 days – It will be necessary for the
County to take out a loan for operating capital until the first half of the 2004
taxes are paid.
7. Call for Road Bonds – The county has a Road Project Bonded and there
are funds available in that fund to pay off some bonds, which would save the
county some interest.
8. Courthouse Cleaning – The County has had a cleaning service on board
to clean certain areas of the courthouse. The cleaning service and the county
have mutually agreed to terminate that contract.
9. Road Foreman Job Description – The County Board will review the Job
description for the Road Foreman and establish a job description if necessary.
10. Jail Administrator- Job Description. The board voted last meeting to
put the Building and Grounds Supt under the supervision of the Jail
Administrator. Both job descriptions will be reviewed to determine if they need
to be amended.
