Public Notice is hereby give, in compliance with the provisions of Section 13-511, R.R.S., 1943, that the governing body will meet on the 23^rd day of April, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in the County Board Meeting Room, Dakota County Courthouse, Dakota City, Nebraska, for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions, or observations of taxpayers relating to the following proposed changes in the budget of the Jail Project Fund 4200.  The budget detail is available at the Office of the County Clerk in the Dakota County Courthouse, Dakota City, NE.

 

The purpose of this hearing is to increase the revenues and budget expenditures of the Jail Project Fund to enable the county to meet project correction and safety change orders.
