1.    Call meeting to order – 1:30 p.m.

                  Roll Call

                  Pledge of Allegiance

                  Approve minutes of April 25, 2004

2.      1:35 p.m.  Open bids to purchase a pickup for the Road Department.

3.      1:40 p.m.  Upgrade 160^th Street from Minimum Maintenance Road to County Road.  This is being done because Mark Albenesius will be hauling crushed rock and sand and the board would rather he use this stretch of road than have the additional truck traffic on 164^th Street.

4.      1:45 pm.  Stan Binkley – Road Conditions in his area

5.      1:50 p.m.  Rod Herron – Personnel Issue (Most likely an Executive Session)

6.      2:05 p.m.  Conference call with Cathy Lang – Call concerning the relocation of the Assessor’s Office.

7.  2:15 p.m.  Continue reviewing Officials 2005/06 Budget request

8. Review Payroll Claims

9. New Jail Construction

10. Public comment

11. Mail and/or Emergency Business

Set June 2 through June 5^th as dates for Tire cleanup.  Our Scrap Tire Grant was awarded and these dates coincide with Butler County Landfill dates.
