3. 1:30 p.m. Interviews for Highway Supt. and/or Road Foreman
4. Resolution 05C-020 This is a resolution to confirm the Election Commissioner changing the precinct boundaries of Hubbard Precinct. There are two families that live in a quarter section of land adjoining Hubbard Precinct. This quarter section is now in Omadi Precinct and these families are in a different school district than everyone else in Omadi Precinct. With this change they would vote at Hubbard and affiliated with the same school district as most of the voters in Hubbard Precinct.
5. Burial Policy – The Board will review and access whether any changes are needed.
6. County Road Communications Antenna - The present antenna is located on a tower located at the Gill Landfill. A tower was put up near Homer to house the antenna's use by LEC Communications. It was discussed moving the Road Communications Antenna when it was decided to construct the tower near Homer and the board will decide whether it would be advantageous to move it at this time.
7. 2:00 p.m. Homer Bridge Project BRO7022(11) Mike Storm Right-of-way Wigle Creek Road for Homer South Bridge Project. Mr. Storm is asking $20,000. for approximately one acre of ground. He wants the board to know that he wants the engineer of the Bridge Project to pay that and not the tax payers.
Closed Executive Session to follow to discuss the bridge (May not immediately follow Mr. Storm)
8. Abandoned Titles. a. 1989 Lincoln Mark VII bearing the serial number 1LNBM93E3KY767768. b. 1986 Ford Tempo bearing the serial number 1FABP22X1GK154103.
9. 2:30 p.m. Selected Interviews for Planning & Zoning Administrator 10. 2:45 p.m. Janie Meins- The construction company is removing the asphalt off the road in front of their house in preparation to complete the grade for the north approach to the bridge south of Homer on Omaha Avenue. 11. 2:50 p.m. Jail Project - Award bids for Earth Work, Site Utilities and Precast Cell Modules. These bids will be awarded if the successful bidder has furnished the proper documentation such as performance bonds, etc.
Jail Bond Issue - Discussion of issuance of bonds and clarification of the money that will be raised from the half cent sales tax.
12. Madelyn Thorsland – Assessor's Office, Tax list corrections.

15. Recess to 5:00 p.m. Board Meeting Room Board members have been invited to join the Dakota County Extension Board for dinner and a brief overview of UNL Cooperative Extension in Dakota County. If three Board members will not be present, the board will adjourn when finished with their afternoon business.
