A current copy of the Open Meeting Act is posted on the back wall near the entrance of the County Board of Commissioners Room and is available for review by all citizens in attendance. 

1.      1:00 p.m.  Call to Order with reciting the Pledge of Allegiance

·         Roll Call

·         Approve Minutes of June 30, 2008. 

2.      1:01 p.m.  Open bids submitted for the Courthouse Roof Project - The County board will either accept the lowest and best bid, or to refer all bids to committee for evaluation after all bids are opened.  The County Board reserves the right to recess from July 7, 2008, to some other day in the week of July 7^th to formally accept a bid, if it is in the best interest of the County, to adopt said bid before it’s next regular meeting July 14^th.
