·         Motion to Amend Resolution 07C-004 to direct Spencer, Fane, Britt & Browne L.L.P.  to provide a complete copy of their investigative report including witness statement, tape recorded interviews, documentary evidence and all correspondence to and from the County Attorney to the Dakota County Board of Commissioners.

·         Discontinue employment of Omaha law firm of Spencer, Fane, Britt & Browne, L.L.P. and to seal report
