An annual report/plan and request for reimbursement of certain costs for Health
and Human
Services and Child Support.

Monthly/Quarterly Financial Reports submitted to the County Board by Elected
Officials.
8. Liquor License Hearing -
Iron Horse Golf Course – 2:00 p.m.
Application for a Class B Beer Off Sale, Class M Bottle Club, Class K Wine Only,

Licenses. Also, a Corporate Manager Application for Bernard Crowe/Iron

Cash Request for work done on CDBG Grant 98-PW-010 at the Siouxland Family
Center
10. Set Hearing for CDBG Grant 98-PW-010
Set public hearing for Status of Funded Activities. Proposed Hearing date
and time: Monday,
October 29, 2001 at 2:00 p.m.
11. Juvenile Services Plan/LB 640
LB 640 requires that the current Juvenile Services Plan be updated in order to
apply for certain
Grants and to apply for some reimbursement of costs for housing juveniles.
12. Juvenile Boarding Contract with Boys and
Girls Home
Update on the status of this contract.
13. Health Department – Letter of Request
– LB 692
LB 692 allows counties to apply for $5000 for planning if the counties is
looking at an interlocal
Agreement with other counties for a public health department.
14. Robert Giese, County Treasurer – Tax
Sale Certificates
Mr. Giese will present information to the board on this issue and ask to board
to set time frame
For putting delinquent real estate taxes on tax certificates.

17. Larry Madsen – Tax Refund Request
Mr. Madsen has requested to be on the agenda to ask for a tax refund.
