q  Presiding Chair person’s statement concerning Nebraska Open Meetings Act.

·         A current copy of the Open Meeting Act is posted on the back wall near the entrance of the County Board of Commissioners Room and is available for review by all citizens in attendance.

q  Approve Minutes of previous meeting.

q  Hearing pursuant to Comprehensive Master Agreement to address alleged grievance by Charvette Williams.

q  Approve Payroll and Accounts Payable claims submitted by County Clerk for payment.

2.     2:00 p.m.          Olsson Associates Amendment for additional services – Additional services for preparation of ROW for NDOR and title research.
