Ms. Jump wants to request that the road to her
house and several others that is currently an easement to become a county road.
4. Esther Wilson
Ms. Wilson would like to address the
board about the possibility of turning a road over to the county for
maintenance. This is continued from last meeting.
5. Appraisal Contracts – Homer

These contracts are for the
right-of-way for this project.
6. Status of Funds Hearing –
2:00 p.m. CDBG – 98-PW-010
Public Hearing on the status of
funds for the Siouxland Family Center grant.
7. Distress Warrant Total
Robert Giese, County Treasurer will
be giving the board totals for the distress warrants that were issued for past
due personal property taxes.

board regarding a job.
13. Assignment of DMG-Maximus Contract to
Maximus
Assignment request is due to the
name change of the company that holds this contract.

Official’s
Salaries have to be set before the candidate filings that begin in January 2002.
This will be the salary and benefits for the terms that begin in January 2003.
This is the first discussion of this matter.
