2.      Review and Approve Payroll Claims

3.      Storm Water Agreement

                        Agreement previously on agenda, but not yet adopted.  This agreement is with the City of

                                South Sioux City , City of Dakota City and Papio Missouri NRD.

4.      Law Enforcement Block Grant Application

                        Grant application for equipment for the Sheriff’s Office.  This grant is available each

                                Year.  This year the money is being requested for a radar unit.

5.      Jail Bond Schedule/Timeline

                                Discussion on the time line for meetings and other related items on the bond issue.

6.      Maximus Agreement

Each year we contract with Maximus to recover county costs for housing HHS and for

Recovering costs for child support services.

7.      Public Comment
