NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Dakota County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting beginning at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2006, for the purpose of passing a resolution to authorize the Board Chairman to sign an application for Brownsfield funding and to tour both the new and present jail. 

The board, Rod Herron and Jerry Johnson will discuss the jail transition and try to determine the date when inmates will be able to occupy the new jail.
