Pledge of Allegiance

Accept offer by West Publishing to purchase books for $5,730.40, which is approximately a $2,000 reduction from previous quote.

Authorize the Treasurer to write check /s out of the Cash Advance fund in order to pay West Publishing $5,730.40.

Adjournment

The nature of this Emergency Meeting is that West Publishing has reduced the price from $7,500 to $5,730.40 for the County to become current on a certain issue of Law Books in the Law Library.  The price is contingent upon West Publishing receiving the payment by Thursday.  Therefore the board has to meet in order to authorize payment.
