·         Review and approve Payroll claims submitted by County Clerk for payment.

·         Planning and Zoning Board recommendation for Conditional Use Permit.

·         Annual Weed Report

4.    1:50 p.m.        Conditional Use Permit for Rodeo to be held on Gary Smith Property
