Upgrade Minimum Maintenance Road to Rural Local Road - Golf Course
Resolution
00C-10 is to upgrade a minimum maintenance road adjacent to Dakota City to a
rural local road.
5. Arnie Mellick
– Study of Pierce Avenue
Results
of a study to close a portion of a county road.
6. Resolution
Setting Public Hearing on Pierce Avenue
Board
will set a public hearing to hear testimony regarding closing/abandoning a
portion of road.
7. Planning and
Zoning Variance for Whispering Meadows Subdivision
Planning
and Zoning has give approval of a variance on lot size pursuant to subdivision
regulations.
8. Pat Somsky –
Community Justice Grant Application
Renewal
application for Community Corrections Officer.
9. Award Bids for
Mobile Data Terminals
Award
bids that were opened last week. A portion of this is grant money.
10. Reallocation of
Contribution – Region IV Mental Disabilities
Review
the suggested allocation contributions for Region IV for next budget year.

Approval
of claims as submitted by county offices via the county clerk’s office.

These
items are on the agenda t the request of Mr. Johnston.
15. CDBG Day Care Quarterly
Report & Claims
The
quarterly report and claims for this grant project. Need board approval.
16. Vern Brown, South Sioux
City Schools – Restroom Remodeling
Mr.
Brown will be updating the board on the work done to this point be students on
the restroom remodeling project in the basement of the courthouse.
