Notice is hereby given
that the Dakota County Board of Commissioners
will hold a special meeting beginning at 1:30
p.m.
August 22, 2005 to conduct the
following business.
1.) Executive Session
with Ed Matney -Pending litigation.
2.) To award bids that
have been received for Bid packages 4 through 31, as advertised in the
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS published July 21, and July 28, 2005 issue of the
Dakota County Star excluding Bid package 12, which was extended until August
23, 2005 (see page 4).
The
County
Board
may reverse the order in which they address these two agenda items.
