ITINERARY FOR LEADERSHIP DAKOTA COUNTY

Each session will begin at 4:00 pm and finish by 9:00 pm.
Dinner will be served for the group at 6:00 pm.

.Attendance is required at each session; however, two absences will be allowed.
TUITION
Tuition for the program is $199 per participant and is payable upon notification of acceptance into the program. Tuition may be paid by the participant, the participant’s employer, a sponsoring organization or a combination thereof. A limited number of partial scholarships may be available. Tuition includes meals provided during each session.
PARTICIPANTS
Persons who are new to a leadership role or aspiring toward one are encouraged to apply. A conscious effort will be made to select participants who represent all parts of the county. The diversity of perspectives among participants will result in more meaningful interaction and learning in the program. Final participant selection is made by the LEADERSHIP DAKOTA COUNTY Committee on the basis of the written application.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
The program promotes leadership skills, community involvement, and personal growth in a futuristic context. Active participation at each session will be expected. Prior to each session, participants will complete an assignment such as attending a city council meeting, visiting a non-profit organization, etc. Reading material will be provided to enhance learning and broaden the horizons of the participant.
