                        Approve Minutes of July 11, 2009

2.  Angie Coan to address the board regarding storage building between Nodaway and    

     Sivill Way

3.  Make recommendations to Board of Commissioners regarding whether Conditional

Use Permits should be issued by the Planning and Zoning Board or by the County   Board of Commissioners.

4.  Develop rules for a Towing Service such that operation of a Wrecking yard is  

     excluded.
