PUBLIC HEARING HELD ON FEBRUARY 13, 2007
BY THE DAKOTA COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Public hearing called to order by president Joe
O’Neill.
Pat Tracy, representing Prime Bio Solutions, gave a
presentation to the commission dealing with a proposed ethanol plant
including a cattle operation with anaerobic digestion. This plant will
cost between $80,000,000 to $90,000,000. The proposed site will be 400
acres and will employ 70 full time people and 10,000,000 bushels of corn
a year will be used.
After much discussion from the audience and
commission members the public hearing was closed at 7:35 P.M.
