DAKOTA COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION: June 12, 2007

PUBLIC HEARING

Public Hearing was called to order at 7:02 P.M. concerning a conditional use permit for a proposed hog confinement.

Adam Beermann presented to the commission his plans and also, the DEQ State and Federal Requirements for manure manage. He will inject directly into the soil and take soil samples annually.

After no comment from the floor, the public hearing was closed at 7:19 P.M.
