We invite you to browse our web site to learn about our various County offices and the services Dakota County, Nebraska offers its citizens. Courthouse hours are from 8:00 - 4:30, Monday - Friday except on holidays.

This web site contains information about County programs, services, departments and offices, as well as helpful information on commonly asked questions. We encourage you to use this site frequently to access agendas and minutes of the Board of County Commissioners.

Employees shall be dismissed with pay at 12 noon on December 24, when said day falls Monday through Thursday. At the January 9, 2012, Board meeting December 24th was approved for 8 hr Holiday pay in 2012
Each employee shall also receive 1-1/2 days of personal time
